Coral Springs, Parkland, Plantation, Davie, Weston, Sunrise and Cooper City.

We are in network providers for Better Health, Sunshine State Healthcare Plans, Amerigroup, WellCare/StayWell, Humana Medicaid, CMS Title 19 & 21, Community Care Plans and Medicaid. We also work with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Humana and several other insurance groups.
